Nothumbria police have surrounded the village of Rothbury

Residents of Rothbury in Northumberland were warned to stay indoors and people are advised not to travel to the area.
Northumbria Police said they have set up a two-mile exclusion zone around the village on the ground, and a five-mile exclusion zone in the air.
It comes after the Lexus car they were searching for that was linked to Moat was recovered in the village earlier this morning.
Police also said that they had been dealing with a "hostage situation'' but have now arrested two men, believed to be the hostages, who were found walking in Rothbury. They have been held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
