The father and brother of Afshan Azad, who stars as Padma Patil in the "Harry Potter" franchise, have reportedly been charged with allegedly threatening to kill the 22-year-old actress at the family's home in Manchester, England.
According to the BBC, Abdul Azad, 54 and his son, Ashraf Azad, 28, reportedly appeared before the Manchester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday for the alleged threats and their case was adjourned until July 12.

Ashraf is also accused of allegedly assaulting the "Harry Potter" actress, which according to the Huffington Post, occurred on May 21.
Afshan has previously appeared in three "Potter" movies and will next be seen in "Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows," which will be released in two parts.
